Upon arrival you will be greeted by our receptionist, followed by a veterinary technician who is trained to triage your pet and evaluate the severity of his or her condition. They will ask you to describe the problems you have observed and will take your pet to the treatment area to check vital signs and relay the information you have provided to the veterinarian. If you have a large pet and he/she is unable to walk, pull your car up to the front door and we will bring out a gurney to transport your pet from your vehicle to the treatment area.
