If your pet is hospitalized, he/she will be assigned to a specific team member and will receive extensive monitoring during his/her stay. You will be asked to leave a deposit for the amount of the estimate. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. This is an estimate only. With critical patients, problems may arise that were not anticipated on presentation that may require additional treatments. If this occurs, we will make every effort to contact you to discuss our concerns and the recommended diagnostic tests or treatment. We can provide you with an additional estimate upon request. If we are unable to reach you, we will provide your pet with the treatment necessary to stabilize his/her condition.

You are welcome to call for updates on your pet’s condition at any time. If you want to visit your pet during his/her stay, we will bring your pet into an exam room for a visit. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our services, we are unable to bring you into the treatment area for a visit because it makes it difficult for us to continue to monitor and treat the other patients.
